Cancellation Policy
To ensure a meaningful and successful experience for all participants, the following policies apply to the Mentorship Program. Participation Requirements: * Full participants in the entire 3-month program to receive all included perks, such as the certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, discount offers, and industry starter kit. * Participants are expected to attend all scheduled in person trainings, biweekly chats, meetings, and events. *One excused cancellation is allowed with prior notice. Additional absences may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of benefits. Commitment & Conduct * Participants must be committed to actively engaging in all sessions and show a willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with peers. * Professional behavior, professional attire for in person meetings and interviews, punctuality, and communication are expected throughout the program. Payment & Cancellation * Payments must be made on time as agreed upon at registration and orientation. * Participants may cancel their enrollment within the first 2 weeks of the program start date for a full refund except the down payment is non-refundable. * Cancellations made after the 2 week window are non-refundable and will result in forfeiture of placement in the program.
