Cancellation Policy
Our social media and website audit provides a professional review of the client's online presence, including branding consistency, content clarity, user experience, and overall effectiveness. Audits are observational and strategic in nature and include constructive feedback, strengths, gaps, and recommended improvements based on best practices. This service does not include hands on implementation, content creation, website edits, or social media management unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. Recommendations are provided for guidance purposes only, and results are dependent on client execution, timing, and external platform factors. All required access links and information must be provided prior to the audit start date. Audit fees are non refundable once work has begun. Turn around time and deliverables will be outlined at time of booking services.
