Student(s) will learn and experience a barber or beauty industry business setting. As well as the do's and don'ts of the barber and beauty industry. Our goal is to prepare everyone for their career by investing a time set aside to learn what it's like after school to know the importance of patience and preparedness for their barber and/or beauty industry career. Learning Experience Includes: * One on One to Small Class learning * KCK 1 hour Coaching Session * Kimply Swag Bag (professional samples and tote bag) * Client Consultation * Behind The Bowl and Chair Techniques * Retail Selling Skills * Proper Draping * Phone Etiquette * Clientele Building * Branding Yourself * Professionalism in the Business * Survey * Create Career Goals * Training Follow Up for 30 days Requirements: * Current and/or past graduate Barber, Esthetician, and/or Cosmetology Student * Signed Slander Clause and Business Contract * Committed * Communicative * Willing To Learn and Grow Our Business Commitment: * Collective Team Contribution * Heightened Customer Service * Leadership Skills and Tactics * This is available up to 3 trainees per session. We prefer for learning experience to small and catered personally for training purposes and space.
